The Student Life & Multicultural Affairs Center (SL/MA) offers programs and
services designed to recruit, retain and promote degree completion
of students of color. However, services are available to ALL PSC students but with an emphasis on students of color.
SL/MA takes an active role in promoting respect for diversity and
exploration of learning from the myriad of cultures that our increasingly
diverse student presents. SL/MA works to foster a community in which
the reality of cultural diversity is recognized and celebrated.
In collaboration with the Student Government Association, SL/MA actively
support student organizations such as the Black Student Union and the All Latin Alliance. SL/MA assists student organizations
to coordinate educational, cultural and social activities as well
as offers guidance on issues related to diversity.
